Chandan was invited to be a part of 'Typography of Bombay/Mumbai' exhibition at the Kala Ghoda Arts Festival 2020. His theme was 'Type Tasting Iconic Restaurants of Mumbai'. Many of these restaurants have lost their design heritage by modernising and completely changing their original logo signages. This poster series is an attempt to present some of the most iconic restaurants of South Mumbai using their original lettering styles. Thus paying a tribute to Mumbai city’s typographical heritage (covering the last century) and present it in a fresh light for the festival audience. Exhibited at the David Sassoon Library in Mumbai, Chandan engaged with the audience and helped them understand the role of Typography in everyday life.
